Welcome to Warsaw Meadows Care Center. We are a 100 bed privately owned not-for-profit facility that offers individualized care for rehabilitation as well as long-term care. With four distinct specialty units, we are able to assist you in selecting the level of care that best meets the needs of you and your loved ones.
