Testimonials
One of the best ways to understand our devotion to quality health care is to listen to our Residents and families. Below are testimonials from current Residents and families as well as stories from Residents who have returned home.
"Therapy did a good job. I would not have been able to go home as quickly without them. I enjoyed working with Ashley and Ann Marie in therapy. I am going home to an apartment where I will be able to take care of myself. I will come back and visit if I can, and I would come here if I need Rehab again. I recommend Warsaw Meadows to others." - Monica Jernigan |

"Rehab was fabulous and I have no complaints. When I first came in, I felt awful and my movement was slow. Now, I am prepared to go home. Linda helped me move to a lower level apartment so I could return home. Nursing was excellent and I felt like the staff really cares about us. I am most impressed with their performance." - Tom Leiter |

"Consistent and strict is how I would describe the therapy staff at Warsaw Meadows. I spent three months non weight bearing and now I can walk on my own with a walker and will be going home soon. Linda in Social Services worked with my Doctor to help me go home. The CNAs work hard and know what they are doing." - Tom Taylor
"I like the people here and rehab is good. I am getting around a lot better. At first I could not walk or stand on my own. Now, I am walking all over the halls without even using a walker. They worked me hard, but not too hard. Nursing is great and there are some good staff in the dietary department." - Robert Taylor
Donald Hatfield's story
"Our father, who recently passed away, was a resident of Warsaw Meadows for approximately two months preceding his death. We cannot say enough to the caregivers at Warsaw Meadows. They opened their hearts to dad, entered his world and made his stay a very comforting one for both him and us as a family.
Amber, you were always there to give us an update on dad and to answer any questions we had, along with suggestions, too. We know we could ask you anything and it would be taken care of.
We appreciated the "warmness" of your hearts and the comfortable, cozy room you kept for dad. All the nurses and aides were very friendly and helpful. It meant more than you will ever know.
Thank you, Warsaw Meadows, for putting our minds at ease and for giving dad a comfortable resting place during his last days. You will not be forgotten" - The Marvia Wilcox Family
"Therapy was very helpful. First I was using a walker and now I only have to use a quad cane. They always knew what I could tolerate and never made me do more than that. When I felt that nothing was happening, they took the time to show me the scores on my different tests and explained my progress. At first I did not know why I had to be here, but now I know that I am more prepared to do well at home. Linda in Social Services was so helpful and nice. She helped me work through all of the things I needed to be able to go home." - Katie Owens |
