Rehabilitative Services
At Warsaw Meadows Care Center, we offer three major rehabilitation services which include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. These three distinctive services work together to set up goals in order to achieve the best possible results for our Residents. In order to reach these goals, we:
- Start with a team of experienced professionals who are advocates committed to caring for our Residents;
- Identify short and long-term goals and create a care plan that maps out how to reach those goals;
- Provide daily treatments to foster growth and achievement;
- When appropriate, transition to a restorative nursing program to test durability of newly acquired skills and to continue to improve endurance.
- Involve family and at-home caregivers to keep them informed and to prepare them to support the Resident upon discharge, when possible.
